Prodigious from an early age, two of Richard Miller’s high school science projects were adopted by NASA, including one used in the Mariner 4 mission to determine the amount of water on the planet Mars. At age 16 he built a linear accelerator and hydrogen bubble chamber for a science fair project and was the first American to demonstrate particles going faster than the speed of light.
He’s been involved in research and projects – many at top secret level – that have formed the basis of several modern-day scientific inventions. Miller’s research in the field of paranormal began as a graduate physicist working 11 years with Navy Intel (Anesthesiology). His work includes foundational papers on A Holographic Concept of Reality and Embryonic Holography and work with microwaves and synthetic telepathy. He was used as Timothy Leary’s experimental guinea pig to see what the effects of LSD were when taken by a Mensa level genius.
Dr. Miller was the real-life character that the X-Files’ Fox Mulder was based on – investigating unexplained phenomena for Navy Seal Corp and MRU, which put him in the path of many incredible life experiences, including an encounter with an alien and travel to an underground Antarctic Nazi base.
He conducted ESP experiments with astronaut Edgar Mitchell on the dark side of the Moon, and he developed early protocols and trained Navy Seals in ESP and Super Soldier techniques.

Keller has been involved in active UFO research since 1967, when he was a reporter for the Bedford Times Register in his hometown of Bedford, Ohio, and a research associate with Earl J. Neff, the founder and director of the Cleveland Ufology Project (CUP). Keller established his own group in 1986, the Outer Space International Research and Investigations Society (OSIRIS) and was the publisher and co-editor with Ballarion Starr of that organization’s monthly organ, The New Millennial Star. Keller has conducted numerous excursions to UFO hot spots throughout the world and has communicated directly with extraterrestrials on many occasions. Venus Rising is his second book; the first being Emergence of the Afro-Zulians in the Transatlantic World, 1722-1811 (Lewiston, NY: Mellen Press, 2013).
He graduated from Bedford Senior High School in Bedford, Ohio and went on to honorably serve in both the United States Navy, where he was the feature editor of the Miramar Naval Air Station Jet Journal in San Diego, California; and in the United States Army, where he worked as a voice intercept operator in the Spanish language throughout Latin America. He received an associate degree in business from the University of Maryland and his bachelor of arts in world history from the University of Maryland, both degrees while on active duty. In 1989 he successfully completed the Multicultural Education Program at the College of Santa Fe in New Mexico, whence he went on to become the Director of English as a Second Language and Bilingual/Multicultural Education programs for secondary education at the Hilmar Unified School District in the San Joaquin Valley in California from 1990-1995.
Keller was employed by VENUSA (Venezuela-United States Academy) in Mérida, Venezuela, in 2001 and 2002 as an ESL instructor and editor of the textbook division. He also was attached to La Universidad Valle del Momboy in Valera, Venezuela, from VENUSA. He returned to the United States in 2002 to accept a scholarship in foreign languages at West Virginia University, receiving his master’s degree in Spanish with an emphasis on Latin American literature in May 2004. He enrolled in the doctoral program in the Department of History in the fall of 2004, and mostly taught classes on Africana Studies, with some World History and Latin America.

Fast forward in the grand scheme of things and some eons ago. I came from Venus with a group of volunteers to found the Shambala Center the city of light to be a guiding beacon for humanity that had fallen into Dire Straits and in this life also there were signs. My mother had Rh negative blood and I had Rh positive so the doctor said she needed to have an abortion cause we could die in childbirth. She said she would go home and pray about it and Jesus would come to her and assure her that everything was going to be all right go ahead and have the baby. So overriding the doctor's advice I was born in a women's hospital in California. I have a sister that is four years older than me and many days. We would sit on the couch and rock and Sing songs together and I always made up my own lyrics. I love doing that from the age of three.

He became fully conscious at age five. He decided to do personal work at age ten to resolve anger as an issue/catalyst. Hebegan meditating at age eighteen. It took him thirty-six years to heal anger into patience. He learned that negativity works as/through pain, fear, anger, self-hatred, outer violence, inner depression culminating is suicide, which is the death experience. The positive alternatives to them are joy, love, patience, self-acceptance, inner peace, outer harmony, and happiness that culminate in ascending the body. Doug has been doing year long disciplines for forty-five years beginning with A Course InMiracles published in 1975 by Foundation For Inner Peace. He has dedicated his life to knowing the self, serving others, and collective ascension.
Doug has practiced several religions. He was born into Christian Science. He has practiced Hinduism, Sufism, five forms of Buddhism, and he has studied Islam and Judaism. He has also studied Taoism and I Ching. He has also completed the six-month course The Master Keys to Success by Charles F. Hannel, published in 1916. He plays timbales, steel drum, djembe, congas, bongos, hapi drum, Dombeck, and Asheka. His first drums werea Crest trap set consisting of five drums that he played for five years. He plays every style of music. He studied with seven different teachers. He learned how to play Latin music, African music, Jazz, blues, reggae, country, soul, funk, blue grass, gospel, and rock and roll. Doug has written thirty-two books. Thirteen are self-published. He writes about personal and social evolution. His life philosophy is, “Feel something real, think something true, then share them in ways that are kind and conducive.” Nothing else is needed or required. Matthew is a yogi, builder, spiritual mentor and musician. His music reflects his spiritual path and his dedication to raising consciousness. In 2001, he discovered Mantra yoga, which became the foundation for his musical expression. His first trip to India at the age of 23, profoundly impacted him, and for 17 subsequent years, he returned annually to live with and serve alongside monks, yogis, and spiritual teachers. For years, Matthew’s music was a private expression of devotion, but he now shares it publicly as an offering of communion, and a way to collectively connect with the power of Grace through mantra, song and prayer. His debut album has been in the oven for the past few years and is being produced by renowned artist Shimshai.

While still in high school, he played first chair trumpet under the direction of choral conductor Roger Wagner at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. He has also performed under the batons of Nelson Riddle, John Williams and Ferde Grofé. Richard has performed in ensembles opening for such diverse acts as Joan Baez, Sheila Chandra, the Carribean All-Stars, and War, and he has shared the stage with Waylon Jennings, Taj Mahal, Dave Liebmann, Daniel Brubeck, members of Tower of Power, Mickey Dolenz, Fantuzzi, and Mongo Santamaria's band.
